While we make every effort to keep all homes within our flat-rate pricing, homes that are extra dirty or larger than normal for the given number of bedrooms and bathrooms may incur additional charges over the flat-rate fee. In the event that this happens, our team will communicate with you for transparency and alignment with pricing.
